Before your Appointment

• All appointments must be confirmed directly with our office once a time has been offered.

• Submitting payment does not equal confirmation — you must reply to confirm your availability for the scheduled time.

• If confirmation is not received promptly, your appointment time may be released to the next person on the waitlist.

• Emergency Readings: Payment is due within 24 hours of booking to confirm your session.

• Next Available (Regular Waitlist) Readings: Payment is due within 7 days of your scheduled appointment to hold your spot.

• If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the appointment will be released.

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

• Deposits are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel.

• Once the full balance is paid, cancellations remain non-refundable. However, rescheduling is still permitted with 72 hours’ notice.

• If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately so we may adjust the schedule accordingly.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered forfeited without refund.

• Lost time due to tardiness cannot be made up, and sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled once they have begun.

• You may add up to three guests to a 60- or 90-minute session for $50 each. This does not apply to private group readings of 5 or more, as the number of attendees is already included in the session price.

• Guest participation is not permitted for 30-minute sessions.

• Please notify us prior to submitting payment so we can update your invoice. If payment has already been submitted, guests may still be added afterward.

• Sessions are a shared experience from start to finish and cannot be divided between participants.

• Private Group Readings include up to 10 attendees. We will ask you to confirm your final guest count in advance. Additional guests must be discussed ahead of time.

• You are welcome to make a personal audio recording of your session.

• Video recording is not permitted — Bill does not allow sessions to be filmed.

• All recordings are for personal use only and may not be distributed, posted, or shared publicly.

• Bill does not provide recordings.

• All information shared in a session is held in confidence.

• Respect for your privacy is a core value of our practice.

• You must be 18 years or older to book or attend a reading.

By booking and participating in a session with Bill Philipps, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All readings are intended for spiritual insight, guidance, and entertainment only.

• Sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should always seek the advice of qualified professionals regarding any questions or concerns you may have in these areas.

• Decisions and actions taken based on information from a session are the personal responsibility of the client. Neither Bill Philipps nor The Infinite Light, Inc. will be held liable for any outcomes resulting from a session.

• Readings cannot be guaranteed to provide specific outcomes, predictions, or connections. Experiences will vary based on individual openness and circumstances.

• By confirming your appointment, you agree that you are booking voluntarily, you understand these terms, and you release Bill Philipps and The Infinite Light, Inc. from any liability connected to your session.
