Welcome to Bill’s Reading Request Page!

Bill is now based in Salem, Oregon, where he offers in-person readings at his downtown office. You can review full office details, parking information, and directions on his office location page. Virtual readings are also available via Zoom or telephone.

Due to the high demand for Bill’s services, there is currently an estimated 26-month wait for regularly scheduled private readings.

When submitting your request, you may ask to be added to the standard cancellation waitlist. If an earlier appointment becomes available, we will contact you about moving up at no additional charge.

For those who would like priority notification when a cancellation becomes available, we offer a Priority Cancellation option. Clients on the Priority List are contacted first when openings occur. A $50 priority access fee applies only if you secure a cancellation appointment. Limited openings are first offered to Priority clients.

While being added to the cancellation waitlist may increase your chances of being seen sooner, it is not a guarantee.

If you prefer a guaranteed, expedited appointment, you may request an Emergency Reading. These are fit into Bill’s schedule as soon as possible, though wait times may still be approximately 1–2 months depending on availability.

About Private Group Readings

Private group readings welcome 5–10 participants. For larger gatherings, please reach out for custom pricing.

In group settings, Bill works to bring through as many connections as possible, though time may not allow equal individual attention for every participant.

Travel Details for In-Person Private Groups

If Bill is already scheduled for a public event in or near your city, you may select the “Already in Your Area” option when requesting a private group reading.

If your group requires a dedicated travel engagement—where Bill travels specifically for your event—it must be within the continental U.S. and located near a major airport.

    • Payment is due by the deadline listed in your confirmation email.

    • If payment isn’t received on time, your appointment may be cancelled.

    • Payment secures your spot but does not automatically confirm it. Please reply to your booking email to confirm.

    • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations are non-refundable once you’ve paid, but you may request to reschedule if notice is given 72 hours in advance.

    • Missed or last-minute cancellations will result in the full session fee being forfeited.

    • Readings are spiritual in nature and offered for guidance and emotional healing.

    • Please do not share detailed personal information beforehand so the reading remains clear and authentic.

    • Be in a quiet space with minimal distractions during your session.

    • You may audio record your session for personal use only. No video recording.

    • Recordings may not be shared publicly, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.

    • Bill does not provide recordings; if you wish to keep one, please make arrangements on your end.

    • Your personal information will never be shared or sold.

    • Messages that come through are private and remain confidential.

    • For group readings, please note that messages may be shared in the presence of others.

    • Readings are intended for entertainment and spiritual guidance only. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

    • By booking, you acknowledge that decisions you make as a result of your session are your own responsibility.

    • You release Bill Philipps, Infinite Light Inc., and their employees from any liability related to actions taken (or not taken) based on the information provided.

    • Information shared is subjective and should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

    • You must be 18 years or older to schedule a reading.

    • Please arrive (or log in) on time for your session.

    • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and considered a missed session, without the possibility of refund.
