Paranormal Investigation & Working in the Light

“Curiosity may lead us to explore the unseen—but integrity and light must guide the way.”

Exploring the Space Between Investigation and Intuition

Curiosity may open the door to the unseen, but integrity, intention, and alignment with the light are what allow us to walk through it responsibly.

I had the opportunity to sit down with Jason Hassler on Hassling the Paranormal, and we had a truly delightful conversation about the spirit world.

I wanted to write about this experience because I think it’s important to show that although I only work with those who have crossed fully into the light, those in the paranormal exploration community and those of us mediums who work with crossed-over souls share something very important in common.

We share the same goal.

To show the world that there is more to our existence than just this physical body.

We are all energy having a physical experience.

Respect and Ethics in the Unseen

Jason comes from an investigative background. He and his team explore reported hauntings and approach their work by first seeking logical explanations. I respect that. In fact, I believe ethics and intention are at the center of any responsible spiritual work, whether you are investigating a location or sitting with someone in a private reading.

When I work, I am not trying to prove something through fear or spectacle. I am not there to place fear in someone’s heart. I am there to create healing. I am there to deliver messages with humility. I am there to serve.

There are many paths into understanding what lies beyond this physical world. Some are investigative. Some are intuitive. Some are experiential.

But when approached with integrity, they do not need to be in opposition.

A Shared Curiosity

During our conversation, Jason spoke about the importance of not provoking spirits during investigations. That resonated deeply with me. Energy responds to vibration. Ethics matter. Intention matters. The spiritual realm responds to how we show up.

I welcome thoughtful skeptics. I welcome curiosity. I believe dialogue between mediums and investigators is healthy and necessary. It helps move the conversation forward in a grounded way.

At the end of the day, whether someone is holding a recording device in a historic building or sitting quietly in a reading, the deeper question is the same:

What continues after this life?

Why I Work In The Light

My work will always remain anchored in the light. That is how I protect my energy and serve safely. And I respect the curiosity that leads people to explore the unknown.

Over the years, I have learned that alignment matters. When I am working with souls who have fully crossed into the light, the intention is healing. The purpose is clarity. The energy is expansive rather than unsettled. That is the space I am called to serve in.

I have stepped into heavier spaces before in my earlier years, and they taught me a great deal. But I realized that my role is not to engage with unrest — it is to help facilitate peace. Working in the light allows me to serve in a way that feels safe, ethical, and aligned with my purpose.

Because the unknown is often simply the unseen.

And the unseen is still very real.
