My inspiration for this CD is the desire to reach out to anyone who has an interest in being more open to the gifts Spirit has to offer. I am constantly
giving messages from Spirit to "slow down." If each of us took the time to
clear our thoughts and our minds, we'd be amazed at the feelings we could
experience, capable of healing even the deepest wounds. To connect to
the Source, to God and Mother Earth, to be grounded in our bodies and our true essence, then we could truly soar, for the soul knows no limits.

Each one of us has our own intuitive ability. For some their innate strength lies in visions; for others in sounds or intense feelings. Our only barrier is the one we create for ourselves.
