I will contact you within 24 hrs. of receiving your e-mail to confirm our set appointment. Payment is due in full before our scheduled reading. Please be prompt when calling at your appointed time to ensure a full session, as there may be other clients scheduled after you.

*If you need to cancel our appointment for any reason, please give 24 hrs. notice of cancellation. This allows another client on the waitlist to take your time and your payment will be refunded in full if we cannot find another time to reschedule our session. If you do not give 24 hrs. notice, your payment for services rendered will be considered complete and will be non-refundable.*         

For private readings in person:

Please follow the same instructions above and specify this request in the Comments box of the appointment form. Be sure to include your physical address. Travel expenses may apply, depending on your location.

To schedule a group reading:

Please follow the same instructions as for private readings and specify this request in the Comments box of the appointment form. Fees will vary depending on size of group and allotted time for our session. Travel expenses may also apply, depending on the location desired.

Payment

Payment is due in full 48 hours before your scheduled reading. Please use the Paypal buttons to the left and contact me via e-mail if you experience any trouble completing your transaction.

Client Confidentiality Guarantee

All personal information you provide is kept private and confidential, as is all information exchanged during our sessions. The relationship between medium and client is based on trust, integrity and discretion- all beliefs to which I strictly adhere.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

Although it isn’t a common occurrence, if you aren’t feeling a connection being made with me during the initial stage of our reading, please speak up! Perhaps we can work through it, otherwise we can see about rescheduling to another time or canceling altogether and your payment will be refunded in full. The same also applies if I feel unable to find a connection or unable to help you during our scheduled time. PLEASE NOTE: If you wait too long into our reading to express any dissatisfaction, your payment for services rendered will be considered complete and will be non-refundable.    

PLEASE NOTE: Any communication, verbal or printed, of an abusive, obscene or harassing nature will not be tolerated and will be immediately reported. 

AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED: It is very important to understand that our future is always changing and we as individuals are the ones who are in control of this. Clients should never live their lives solely by what comes through in a reading, but rather use the information or communication exchanged as a tool to improve their current situation. Bill Philipps cannot be held liable for any action taken, or lack thereof, based upon any such information or communication following services rendered. Bill Philipps is not, nor does he claim to be, a medical professional and does not intend said information or communication to replace consulting a medical professional who is able to diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure any ailment or affliction, physical or psychological in nature. Any client who seeks his services acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the terms of this agreement.
